The motivation for this project is to significantly enhance the quality of gastronomy education and address the evolving needs of the culinary industry. By integrating a modern digital toolkit, we aim to prepare VET students for the modern culinary landscape, bridging gaps in opportunities and creating equitable access to quality education for a diverse group of learners. This project is a collaborative effort to innovate curricula and implement new, effective teaching methods.

Effectively training instructors and providing ongoing support to ensure they can utilize the toolkit to its full potential.
Pilot Testing & Feedback Analysis
Conducting pilot tests and gathering user feedback to continuously improve the toolkit's functionality and content.
